Learn Japanese in twenty seconds is the name of a ring tone available in England.  It was added to one of the Nokia cell phones some time last year.  The country of origin is the UK and its file format is mp3.  It was put on the net as a free download to a cell phone. The file size is 229 KB and there have been about 307 downloads.  The user rating is quite high and is also categorized as a humorous ring tone.

But obviously, you cannot learn a language in 20 seconds, and least of all Japanese.  It is one of the most difficult languages in the world, and requires a creative and artistic hand to draw the kanjis. All the characters have to be learnt and practiced, and the intonation and diction is so different from any of the other Asian languages.
